Natasja Alers

Natasja Alers, born in 1987, is a visual artist from the Netherlands, who specializes in ceramics, crafting works that challenge the boundaries between attraction and repulsion. Alers studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, where she graduated with a focus on ceramics, and also pursued further education in fine arts at the Weissensee KunstHochschule in Berlin. Her art pushes the limits of traditional ceramic forms, transforming them into hybrid sculptures that explore themes of tension, vulnerability, and sensuality.
